Production Timeline

Standard production: 8-12 weeks after deposit & measurements are received.

Payment Terms

• 50% deposit to start production

• 50% balance before shipping

• If you prefer an online payment link, a 5% processing fee may apply (bank transfer has no fee).

Shipping & Duties

• Worldwide shipping via FedEx/DHL. Transit: 3–7 business days.

• Shipping cost is calculated when the dress is finished based on box size & destination.

• Platform may show standard duties/taxes placeholders; if any excess appears, we adjust it in the final payment so you only pay the correct amount.

Returns & Guarantee

Each gown is custom-made; therefore non-returnable. We guarantee workmanship quality and support alterations if needed (reasonable adjustments are covered before shipping).
