1. Parties

Buyer: Customer who places an order through the Seller's website.
2. Subject
This agreement governs the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with international distance selling principles for the sale and delivery of the goods ordered by the Buyer via the Seller’s online platform.
3. Product Information
The main features of the product(s) (type, model, fabric, size, customization details, etc.) are clearly indicated on the product page or agreed in writing via email or WhatsApp communication.
4. Price and Payment
The total product price, including applicable taxes (if any), shipping charges, and any additional costs, is displayed prior to checkout.
Payment is collected in advance via secure online payment systems (Visa, Mastercard, bank transfer, Wise, etc.). A 50% deposit is required to begin production; the remaining amount must be paid prior to shipment.
5. Delivery and Shipping
Production time for custom-made gowns is between 3 4 weeks.
Ready-made items are shipped within 3 to 5 business days.
All orders are shipped via express carriers (e.g., DHL, FedEx) with tracking information provided. The Seller is not responsible for customs duties, delays, or fees applied by the destination country.
6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
As the products are custom-made upon request (bridal gowns, evening dresses, etc.), they are non-refundable and not subject to cancellation or withdrawal after production begins, in accordance with consumer protection laws for made-to-order goods.
Ready-made (non-customized) products may be returned within 14 days, provided they are unused and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Buyer.
7. Warranty and Liability
The Seller guarantees that all products are crafted with care using high-quality materials. Minor variations in color, embroidery, or fit due to hand production are not considered defects.
In case of proven production defects, the Buyer must notify the Seller within 3 business days of receiving the product.
8. Dispute Resolution and Applicable Law
Any dispute arising from this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. The courts of İzmir, Turkey shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
